Events At The Farm Wedding Package - $3000
(Less than the cost of just renting a tent with a few tables! Look what is included!)

All of the following is included in the Wedding Package:

Events Barn and adjoining patio areas for day of wedding

Access to designated Garden Areas

Assorted tables and chairs in event barn and throughout garden areas

Bride Dressing Area

Linen Rental for dinner tables (our standard available colors - other colors are additional cost)

Parking attendant(s)

Lawn chairs for event (We have approximately 150. You may want to rent more if needed.)

Wooden arbor or metal gazebo setup for ceremony

Roll out dance floor

Use of decorations including vases, candleholders, lanterns and other items

One day use of Prep Kitchen

Available Serving Dishes (some equipment such as chafing dishes will be available for rent)

One year webhosting for domain name of choice (our gift to you!)

Gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park Skyline!

Additional services available, including, but not limited to:

Overnight camping in pasture field on the night of your event. Liability must be added to insurance coverage. There is no charge for camping if campers are willing to assist with cleanup of facilities the next morning. This might include stacking lawn chairs, trash pickup and clearing of tables. Departure should be by 10AM the next day.

$   2.00   Per place setting/per person (includes use of plates, glasses, flatware and cleanup). Wine glasses and other specialty glass or dinner ware available for rent. (Wine glasses rentals are $.30 per glass). EventsAtTheFarm glasses with our logo are now available - see below! These will make great gifts for guests.

$ 55.00   Tray of delectable Award Winning Goat cheeses and accompaniments of fresh fruits and vegetables - serves 30-40 people.

$50-350   We can select, plant and designate (with a permanent sign) a tree just in your honor! The size and species will vary with your budget. You might suggest that donations for this be a possible wedding gift consideration!

Drinking glasses with cute goat design! By popular request, we now have customized drinking glasses available. You can purchase these for your guests and we will provide them at the reception for their use. There will be a card at the tables letting them know you are giving them as gifts!
Design on glass is printed in barn red! 1-150 @$3.00 151 or more @$2.75 Order here Last minute purchases can sometimes be made, but please try to order at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure we have adequate inventory for your event.

Laminated Cardstock Hand Fans - with your wedding information! Can be a decorative design with just your names and date, or can include additional program information! A great take home gift and functional too! Make your guests more comfortable while outside during warm summer days! Prices vary from $1.00 - 3.50 each, depending on design and volume.

Customized Water Bottles - with your name and date! Spring Water in 12-16 oz recyclable bottes. We will also have these chilled and ready for your event, and offer refills with our well water at no additional charge.

Prices will include one color imprint and twist or pop up sports lid. Can be a design you provide or text.

From $1.50 /bottle, depending on quantity. Will be appreciated by your guests!
